As a foot and ankle physician, I specialize in lower extremity biomechanics, custom foot orthotics, sports medicine, primary podiatric medicine, Diabetic wound care and bunion correction. I have attained additional certification in endoscopic surgical training for plantar fasciitis and nerve decompression of Morton’s neuroma. I have also taken an interest in limb loss prevention and early detection of peripheral neuropathy in at risk patients.
I completed my Podiatric Orthopedic Residency with an emphasis on podiatric forefoot surgery, biomechanics, wound care and routine podiatric care at Hines Veteran’s Hospital and Loyola University Medical Center, just outside of Chicago, IL. I earned my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, where I served as a tutor of Biomechanics. I received my undergraduate education from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Prior to my entry into medical school, I was employed by E.I. DuPont de Nemours working in the Research and Development Division of Automotive Finishes.
I have been in private practice since 1997, and hold staff membership at Abrazo Scottsdale Medical Center, Banner Del Webb Medical Center and Ambulatory Surgery Center. I am Board Certified by the American Board of Wound Healing (ABWH) and the American Board of Medical Specialties in Podiatry (ABMSP). In 2010 I was recognized by my peers and Phoenix Magazine as a Top Doctor of Podiatry.
My practice philosophy is driven at providing a compassionate, caring and practical treatment plan in which the patient and the physician work jointly toward a treatment plan that best meets the patient’s needs: socially, economically and practically while restoring function as rapidly as possible and preventing recurrence.
In my spare time, I like to watch baseball and spend time with my family. I also enjoy biking, running, cooking, gardening and learning Spanish.

A little about me! I was born in Beirut, Lebanon and emigrated from my war-torn homeland to the U.S. when I was 7 years old. I was extremely fortunate to have had a natural-born maternal grandmother who allowed us to enter through Customs, and become U.S. Citizens 5 years later!
My family settled in Waterbury, CT, half-way between Boston and NYC. I learned English as my 3rd language, and became a kindergarten teachers’ aide. I attended Holy Cross High School, where I was actively involved in volunteering for the Special Olympics, the March of Dimes, Toys for Tots and at the local hospital in the maternity ward.
I received my undergraduate degree from Fairfield University, in Fairfield, CT, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Psychology. During my time there, I served as a Biology Lab Assistant and a Nurse’s Aide for a fellow student with special needs.
My Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree is from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, in beautiful downtown Chicago, IL. During that time, I served as a General Anatomy and Lower Extremity Anatomy teaching assistant and tutor.
I completed my Podiatric Orthopedic Residency with an emphasis on biomechanics, wound care, surgery and routine podiatric care at Hines Veteran’s Hospital and Loyola University Medical Center, just outside of Chicago, IL. Getting to know and taking care of our veterans, dating back to WWII, was a highlight of my career, truly an honor and a privilege!
Dr. Sekosky and I are SO proud to be 2 of only 4 graduates in our class of 98 students to start our very own private practice (from scratch!) in Arizona in 1997. I am on staff at Honor Health Deer Valley Hospital and Dignity Westgate Surgery Center. I am Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM), and a Fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine (ACPM) and the American Professional Wound Care Association (APWCA).
I do my best every day to provide personalized care and attention to each and every one of my patients. Service is my number one priority, so my staff and I stand ready at all times to assist our patients in any way we can. I love seeing patients of all ages, and have a special interest in treating children and patients with special needs.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, volunteering, cooking, playing board games, reading (and writing!) mystery novels, and listening to music. I also enjoy watching college basketball (Go AZ Wildcats!), Formula 1 Racing, attending musical and theatrical events, and exploring local museums.

“Highly recommend Valley Foot Care! They had immediate appointments available when I established care with them in October. Dr Sekosky is wonderful and goes above and beyond. I was nervous for my in-office procedures, but he did a great job of explaining everything to me and I’m very happy with the results. The two Medical Assistants are amazing as well—they are very friendly and knowledgeable! Everyone in the office is very personable and makes me feel like we’ve been friends for years. The office is always very clean and comfortable!”

Community Outreach
📚 Community Bookshelf
One of Dr. Haddad’s favorite hobbies has always been reading. Over the years, many of her patients have shared books they enjoyed, and her own office bookshelf gradually filled with thoughtful recommendations, memorable stories, and gifts from patients that she has treasured over the years. That tradition inspired us to create our “Leave One, Take One” Community Bookshelf in our patient lobby and reception area!
Everyone who visits our office is welcome to borrow a book, discover a new author, donate a favorite title, or simply browse while waiting for an appointment. We hope this small library encourages reading, lifelong learning, and the simple joy of sharing a good book with others. Thanks to the generosity of our patients and staff, our collection is always growing and changing, making every visit an opportunity to discover something new.
Supporting
Valley Foot Care, Inc. is proud to support Sojourner Center, a Phoenix nonprofit dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Their mission is to provide hope, safety, and healing through comprehensive, trauma-informed services for individuals and families rebuilding their lives.
Our team regularly volunteers at the Donation Resource Center, where we help sort donated clothing, household items, and other essentials that directly benefit survivors as they transition into safe housing. We are honored to work alongside the incredible staff and volunteers whose compassion and dedication make a meaningful difference every day. Giving back to our community has always been an important part of our practice. We look forward to continuing this partnership for years to come!
